Ers ymgartrefu yn y V&A fel Rheolwr Cyfryngau Cymdeithasol, mae wedi rhoi strategaeth cyfryngau cymdeithasol ddeinamig ar waith gan roi hunaniaeth weledol a mewnwelediadau cynulleidfaoedd yng nghalon eu cynnwys, gan sbarduno’r amgueddfa i ymgysylltu â chynulleidfaoedd mewn ffyrdd newydd.
