20. What is visitor data and how do I collect it when I don’t have a ticketing or ‘Customer Relationship Management’ (CRM) system?

Visitor data can be collected even if you don't have a ticketing or CRM system. From approaching visitors with a clipboard and pen, through to creating a tally sheet and noting down the makeup of your visitors. This resource looks at the doable tasks and digital tools your organisation can utilise to capture meaningful data to help you understand the type of person engaging with your organisation and why.
