Mae Michael yn meddu ar wybodaeth eang am y celfyddydau, treftadaeth a’r sector diwylliannol, ac mae ganddo brofiad o ddatblygu arferion rheoli a llywodraethu da ledled amrywiaeth o sefydliadau.

Yn ystod ei gyfnod gyda Museum Development Yorkshire (Ymddiriedolaeth Amgueddfeydd Efrog) ac Amgueddfeydd, Llyfrgelloedd ac Archifau Cyngor Swydd Efrog, cafodd gyfle i weithio gyda’r rhan fwyaf o amgueddfeydd Swydd Efrog a rhanbarth Humber. Yn y gorffennol, bu’n gweithio i Gyngor East Riding yn Swydd Efrog a hefyd i PLB Consulting, ac mae wedi cyflawni prosiectau’n ymwneud ag amgueddfeydd, treftadaeth a thwristiaeth ddiwylliannol ledled y DU a dramor.

It has received Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and National Lottery funding, distributed by The Heritage Fund as part of their Digital Skills for Heritage initiative. Digital Heritage Hub is free and answers small to medium sized heritage organisations most pressing and frequently asked digital questions.
