Mae Matt Dean yn weithiwr proffesiynol Technoleg Gynorthwyol sydd wedi treulio dros 13 mlynedd yn gweithio gydag unigolion a busnesau mewn llu o sectorau.

O addysg i fusnes, mae Matt yn meddu ar wybodaeth gadarn o gymwysiadau meddalwedd a chaledwedd sydd wedi’u dylunio i wneud yr amgylcheddau hynny mor gynhwysol â phosibl ac wedi gweithio’n fwy diweddar ym maes hygyrchedd digidol yn cynghori ac yn gweithio gyda sefydliadau mawr yn sicrhau bod eu cynnwys digidol ar gael i’w staff a’u cwsmeriaid fel ei gilydd.

Mae Matt hefyd yn aelod cyfetholedig o gyngor Cymdeithas y British Assistive Technology Association.
