Mae Elissa yn arbenigwr gwybodaeth ac mae ganddi brofiad o gefnogi trawsnewid digidol yn y sector treftadaeth ddiwylliannol. Mae’n meddu ar arbenigedd eang mewn rheoli gwybodaeth a hysbysrwydd, gweinyddu archifau a gweithredu systemau.
Mae hi’n danbaid dros helpu amgueddfeydd ac archifau i drawsnewid y ffordd y defnyddiant wybodaeth, data a thechnoleg i ysgogi arloesi ac ymgysylltu. Yn ystod ei chyfnod yn gweithio i Historic Royal Palaces, bu’n gyfrifol am gyflwyno rhaglen rheoli gwybodaeth gyntaf y sefydliad.
Mae ganddi ddiploma ôl-radd mewn Rheoli Cofnodion a Chadwraeth Ddigidol o Brifysgol Dundee ynghyd â Gradd Meistr mewn Saesneg ac Athroniaeth o Brifysgol Sussex.
