Emma is a platform-agnostic, independent eCommerce consultant with over 10 years’ experience. Prior to setting up her own consultancy, she worked in-house heading up eCommerce at Royal Academy of Arts. As an independent consultant, she’s helped online retailers get the most out of their eCommerce sites, working to increase profitability online through eCommerce strategy, conversion rate optimisation and UX/CX website audits. She also helps clients looking to re–platform from one eCommerce platform to another. She has clients across a variety of different verticals, including fashion, luxury, interior design and media but particularly in the cultural and heritage sector, where past and present clients include Shakespeare’s Globe, Bridge Theatre, Westminster Abbey, London & Partners and National Portrait Gallery. Emma has been on the judging panel of UK eCommerce Awards for the last two years running.
