In these Terms and Conditions, references to “CultureHive” are references to the website culturehive.co.uk, created and managed by the Arts Marketing Asssociation. References to “AMA”, “us” or “our(s)” are references to the Arts Marketing Association. The company details of the AMA can be found at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
References to “you” or “your” are references to you, the user of the Website.
References to “the Website” are references to the Website at https://culturehive.co.uk.
References to “User Content” are references to any user-generated content posted, attached or added to the Website including but not limited to any resources, documents, commentary, emails, information, screenshots, photographs, pictures, videos, text, artwork and any other user-generated material.
References to “Intellectual Property Rights” are references to any copyright, trade marks, design rights or other intellectual property rights existing from time to time.
Your use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
The AMA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of this Website after amendments are made means you accept the Terms and Conditions as updated.

No contract will exist between you and the AMA for the purchase of any product or service through the Website, until you have received written confirmation from the AMA (by e-mail, post or fax).
The AMA does not hold any credit / debit card data on the CultureHive website.
Your information, usernames and passwords

All proprietary rights and Intellectual Property Rights in the Website, including all design, text and graphics, as well as the underlying source code and any User Content (BUT not including any AMA blog user-generated content), is owned by AMA or third parties.

- companies or organisations that are carrying out work on AMA’s behalf; and
