The programme
Show Up is a brand-new programme from the AMA for 2021. It takes a frank, refreshing look at leadership, with a focus on inclusion and accountability.
By undertaking experiments, participants explore their leadership point of view, with the aim of leading their organisation’s on a journey towards a more equitable destination.
