Let’s think of CRM implementation as a bike ride. Typically, there will be a few uphill sections along the way, always compensated by some smooth downhill runs. There’ll be some decisions to make about which way to turn, and you’ll need to keep an eye on the right route and other road users to make sure there are no unexpected collisions.
