In order for any health and safety measures to be effective, you will need to educate your customers about changes they can expect. It is important that audiences understand that adhering to a slightly different digital and physical journey will help to reduce risk for staff as well as themselves.

Recovery Toolkit: Returning to Volunteering
For many arts organisations, volunteers form an important part of the front of house and box office teams. Volunteers engage positively with audience members and welcome them to your venue to make sure their experience is memorable and to ensure their safety at all costs.
