Plan, adapt, emerge – a keynote in conversation


A transcript of a discussion around developing a flexible and open approach to digital marketing activity. This conversation took place as part of the Arts Marketing Association’s 2012 Digital Marketing Day.

What is a success? It sounds like you are talking about people who have met their targets that they have set. For me, at the moment, I like projects which have a sense of excitement, trying to push something a little bit rather than thinking ‘I  need a page on Facebook’.
