“Our mission is to get cultural institutions to use digital media in a more effective way.”

The Digital Engagement Framework was initially developed by Jasper Visser and Jim Richardson as a toolkit for the arts and heritage organisations. Over the following years, the framework has been adopted by hundreds of museums, theatres, festivals, libraries, and arts organizations.

Thousands of cultural professionals have participated in workshops sharing the methodology and the free workbook and book have been downloaded more than 50,000 times.

Today the Digital Engagement Framework is helping organisations around the world to take a more strategic approach to digital.
