Audiences, organisations, individuals and our wider communities have been affected both directly and indirectly by racist and Islamophobic acts. This is a collection of resources to help marketers across the UK, in the short and longer term, with external communications and internal support.

Wellbeing and Mental Health resources:
Here are some resources and suggestions for seeking mental health support to look after yourself as best you can:
- Organisation like Black Minds Matter, Muslim Community Helpline, Southeast and East Asian Centre, and Hub of Hope can offer great specialised and general support.
- MIND have a dedicated resource area specifically about racism and mental health, which you can find on their website.
- If you need to travel, a resource like WalkSafe might help to flag if there are disruptions to your route caused by riots or other actions, to help keep you safe on your commute.
- If you work for an organisation, check to see if they have an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). These usually include counselling sessions to support staff members.
