This free online masterclass, hosted by the University of Leeds, will explore how you might design, plan, and lead on digital transformation for your heritage organisation.  The session will introduce resources from the Digital Heritage Hub and help you navigate the themes to create a coherent digital strategy that works for you. The resources are designed to complement each other and form the ‘building blocks’ for digital change in your organisation. After the masterclass, leaders from the heritage sector will join Dr Stephen Dobson to discuss the issues involved in digital transformation and open the discussion up to the audience.

The masterclass is aimed at anyone working in the heritage sector with an interest in digital leadership and digital planning. These themes have been developed by a consortium led by University of Leeds with Cause4 and Museum Development Yorkshire.
