Tabitha is an independent consultant specialising in brand and content strategy, audience development and engagement, with over fifteen years experience working in the Welsh and UK arts and charity sectors. She has held senior roles for some of Wales’ leading cultural organisations including Wales Millennium Centre, National Dance Company Wales, Sherman Theatre and Music Theatre Wales, and has worked with UK national organisations including the Eden Project and Arts Marketing Association. Tabby was also an Advisor for the Arts Council of Wales Resilience Programme, tasked with providing specialist support to organisations facing complex challenges in an ever evolving and changeable cultural landscape.

Most recently, Tabby held the role of Director of Audiences for National Theatre Wales, acting as a member of the Company’s Senior Leadership Team, championing an audience centred, values led approach to the heart of the Company’s strategic vision, through the delivery of an integrated brand, audience development and communications strategy.

Words and people sit at the heart of what she does; and a belief in the social value and power of creativity and expression to improve – sometimes transform – individuals and the communities they are part of.  Helping people or organisations to get to the heart of what they do, is what brings her joy. This might look like leadership that puts values at the heart of organisational systems and behaviours; working with purpose led people or organisations to explore and articulate their stories, capturing and communicating the meaning and impact they have to the world around them and connecting and inspiring others; or delving into their relationships and connections with the people they want to be closer to.
