Cymerodd Sophie drosodd fel Cyfarwyddwr Amgueddfa’r Museum of Royal Worcester ym mis Rhagfyr 2018. Mae ganddi radd BA Anrhydedd/BSc mewn Hanes Celf a Chemeg o Brifysgol yr Australian National University yn Canberra a gradd MA mewn Hanes Dylunio o Goleg Brenhinol y Royal College of Arts / V&A. Mae ganddi dros 15 mlynedd o brofiad o reoli lleoliadau treftadaeth, casgliadau a rhaglenni yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr yn gweithio i Ymddiriedolaeth yr Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust ac i Wolverhampton Arts and Heritage. Yn ogystal â hanes dylunio diwydiannol a serameg, mae gan Sophie ddiddordeb a phrofiad o guradu a chomisiynu crefft gyfoes, am iddi reoli rhaglen a gyllidwyd gan Gyngor Celfyddydau Lloegr am chwe blynedd.
