I have worked in libraries in Dorset and Luton and now oversee libraries in the north, south and west of Norfolk.  I  am responsible for customer services and the staff learning and development that underpins these.  I am always interested in new ways of communicating, so lead on our annual marketing campaign and on social media – anything to keep libraries current, relevant and high profile.
