Ymunodd Rebecca Ward â Cause4 fel Cydlynydd Datblygu ar ôl cwblhau MA ym Mhrifysgol Leeds mewn Cerddoriaeth a Rheoli. Mae ganddi brofiad ym maes addysg gerddorol, marchnata a datblygu rhaglenni. Yn fwyaf diweddar, bu’n gweithio yn y tîm ymgysylltu creadigol yng Nghystadleuaeth Biano Ryngwladol Leeds i wireddu’r Leeds Piano Trail 2021 a bu’n gweithio’n allanol gyda Chorws Gŵyl Leeds ar eu strategaeth codi arian a’u datblygiad.

Ysbrydolwyd diddordeb Rebecca mewn datblygu’r trydydd sector ac arfer gorau yn ehangach pan sefydlodd ei sefydliad ei hun yn ystod pandemig Covid-19, sef Young Musicians for Social Justice, sy’n ceisio cefnogi a thynnu cerddorion ifanc ynghyd i ddod o hyd i atebion cyfiawnder cymdeithasol cynaliadwy. Mae hi’n uchelgeisiol i weld sector y celfyddydau ac elusennau’n ffynnu, yn enwedig mentrau a sefydliadau ar lawr gwlad.

Cause4’s Rebecca Ward caught up with Celia to talk about how the success of their online engagement during the pandemic has impacted their digital fundraising plans.
