Rachel Johnson, Centre for Cultural Value

Dr Rachel Johnson is Postdoctoral Fellow of Leeds Arts and Humanities Institute, and a Lecturer in Film Studies at the University of Leeds. She has researched film festivals and discourses of artistic value, cultural policy and social security, and the circulation of films about migration. Rachel also co-directs Leeds Cineforum, a grassroots film organisation in Leeds.
