Matt yw Rheolwr Marchnata a Chysylltiadau Cyhoeddus yr AMA, lle mae’n arwain ar hyrwyddo’r AMA i aelodau newydd a chreu proffil y sefydliad. Cyn gweithio yn yr AMA, Matt oedd Cynhyrchydd yr Ŵyl yn y Norwich Film Festival (NFF) lle bu’n goruchwylio’r marchnata a’r cysylltiadau cyhoeddus ar gyfer yr ŵyl, yn ogystal â chael mewnbwn i’r rhaglen. Yn ystod ei gyfnod gyda’r NFF, tyfodd yr ŵyl o chwe sgriniad yn 2015 i 43 o ddigwyddiadau yn 2018, ac mae bellach yn ŵyl ffilmiau byrion sy’n cymhwyso am wobrau gyda BIFA a BAFTA.

Daw Matt yn wreiddiol o gefndir celf gain, ac mae ganddo brofiad hefyd o weithio i orielau gan gynnwys Smiths Row yn Bury St Edmunds, Outpost yn Norwich ac Oriel NUA Gallery, a leolir ym Mhrifysgol Celfyddydau Norwich University of the Arts.
