Manchester Museum
Manchester Museum is one of the largest university museums in the UK. It’s over one hundred and thirty years old, with over 4.5 million objects from human and natural history in its collection. Its mission is promoting communication between cultures, and building a more sustainable world.
Manchester Museum prides itself on its imaginative, inclusive and caring approach to its communities. The recent £15 million redevelopment project (2023), ‘Hello Future’, has extended the museum with a new Chinese Culture Gallery, South Asia Gallery, temporary exhibition space and new visitor facilities.
