Malgorzata Zamorska works as a project manager in the cultural sector. She has a Masters degree in sociology and cultural anthropology and works with artists, institutions and organisations to turn great artistic ideas into reality. Her latest professional aim is implementing audience development knowledge into small cultural organisations such as ensembles. Malgorzata lives by the Baltic Sea with her husband and two sons.
