Mae Kevin Gosling yn Brif Weithredwr ar yr Ymddiriedolaeth Gasgliadau ers 2015. Cyd-olygodd fersiwn diweddaraf Spectrum: the UK Museum Collections Management Standard, gan gyflwyno sawl newid er mwyn ei gwneud yn haws gweithio gyda chasgliadau digidol. Mae wedi arwain prosiectau digidol fel ymgynghorydd i gleientiaid gan gynnwys yr Adran Diwylliant, Cyfryngau a Chwaraeon (DCMS) a Gweinyddiaeth Diwylliant Lwcsembwrg, ac wedi goruchwylio casglu adnoddau gan gynnwys ‘llwybr digidol‘ ar ddigideiddio casgliadau a chanllaw i gyflwyno casgliadau ar-lein.
Fel Cyfarwyddwr Cyfathrebu Sefydliad y Britten-Pears Foundation, datblygodd y brand, y strategaeth gyfathrebu a’r wefan ar gyfer Britten 100, canmlwyddiant 2013 Benjamin Britten a enillodd Wobr Gerddoriaeth 2014 Cymdeithas y Royal Philarmonic Society ar gyfer Cynulleidfaoedd ac Ymgysylltu. Yna, bu hefyd yn datblygu’r cysyniad a llawer o’r cynnwys ar gyfer archwilio War Requiem Britten yn ddigidol mewn ffordd hynod o ryngweithiol.
Yn gynharach yn ei yrfa, bu Kevin yn gweithio yn Amgueddfa Llundain, ar gyfer ymgynghorwyr cynllunio amgueddfeydd Lord Cultural Resources, ac mewn amgueddfeydd yn Norwy a St Lucia. Mae’n Gymrawd ar Gymdeithas yr Amgueddfeydd.
