Jane Mathieson

Jane Mathieson is the Regional Co-ordinator for Time To Read, which is a unique partnership of reader development practitioners in public libraries across North West (NW) England. Time To Read shares best practice, develops reading and literature promotions and aims to promote and add value to public library reading services in the NW region. Jane was seconded to this position in 2002 from Manchester Library and Information Service, where she had worked in various capacities.
