Mae Howard Lake yn entrepreneur codi arian digidol. Mae wedi cyhoeddi UK Fundraising, adnodd a chymuned gyntaf y byd ar y we ar gyfer codwyr arian proffesiynol, ers 1994, ac ef a ysgrifennodd lyfr cyntaf y byd ar godi arian yn ddigidol ym 1995. Bu’n gweithio fel codwr arian i Oxfam, Afghanaid ac Amnesty International UK yn yr 80au a’r 90au.

Cafodd ei ethol yn Gymrawd ar yr Institute of Fundraising am ei waith digidol, ac mae’n cadeirio’r panel dyfarnu ar gyfer Gwobrau’r National Fundraising Awards. Mae’n hyfforddwr ar gyfer Academi’r Chartered Institute of Fundraising ac ar gyfer Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy.

Mae’n gyd-sylfaenydd Barcamp Nonprofits, yn sylfaenydd Fundraising Camp, y digwyddiad dysgu ar ffurf anghynhadledd ar gyfer codwyr arian, ac yn gyd-sylfaenydd GoodJobs, y bwrdd swyddi mentrau cymdeithasol. Mae wedi bod yn ymchwilio i gyfleoedd i weld twf anferthol mewn rhoi ond hyd yma, nid oes ffrwyth gwaith ganddo i’w rannu.
