Graeme Williamson
A fundraising professional with fifteen years’ experience, Graeme began his fundraising career in Oxford in 1997 with the Anchor Housing Trust. He joined the Royal Shakespeare Company as Development Manager in 1999 and quickly rose to the position of Head of Capital Campaign. From 2005 to 2010 he led a team of four fundraisers to the successful completion of the RSC’s £113 million campaign to transform the theatres in Stratford-upon-Avon. Graeme was appointed Director of Development in 2010 and led the full team of 15 through the high-profile reopening of the theatres, while increasing annual revenue fundraising income from UK and US sources by 41% from £2.9 million to
£4.1 million in 2012/13, including a new and growing corporate partnership with BP.
