As Inclusion, Access and Development Coordinator at touring dance company New Adventures, Eman’s work focusses on reducing barriers to access, embedding inclusive practice throughout the organisation, and using data to inform change. Over the last year, Eman has driven progress on more inclusive recruitment processes and is steadily working towards shifting mindsets towards a more holistic approach to inclusion and equity.
