Mae Dr Kit Good wedi gweithio mewn Cydymffurfiaeth Gwybodaeth ers dros 15 mlynedd. Ar ôl cwblhau PhD mewn hanes ym Mhrifysgol Lerpwl a swydd ymchwil ôl-ddoethuriaeth, daeth yn Rheolwr Llywodraethu Gwybodaeth Islington yn 2006.

Yn 2010, ymunodd Kit â Phrifysgol Llundain a rheolodd raglen Cydymffurfiaeth Gwybodaeth y Brifysgol gan rychwantu rhyddid gwybodaeth, diogelu data a rheoli cofnodion. Rheolodd gamau pontio’r Brifysgol i gydymffurfiaeth â GDPR a bu’n gweithredu fel y swyddog diogelu data statudol. Roedd rhai o’i brosiectau diweddar yn cynnwys asesiadau effaith diogelu data ar gyfer proctora arholiadau allanol a chanolfannau profi am Covid, a chreu polisi ac arweiniad rheoli data ymchwil.

Mae Kit, sy’n hyfforddwr profiadol wyneb yn wyneb ac ar-lein, hefyd wedi cyflwyno ar ddiogelu data mewn digwyddiadau a gynhaliwyd gan Gymdeithas Cyflogwyr y Prifysgolion a’r Colegau, sefydliad yr Institute of Advanced Legal Studies a chanolfan y Centre for Distance Education.

Yn Hydref 2021 gadawodd y Brifysgol i weithio ar ystod o brosiectau diogelu data newydd.
