Diversity & Ability

Diversity and Ability logoMae Diversity and Ability yn fenter gymdeithasol arobryn a arweinir gan bobl anabl sy’n braenaru’r tir ar gyfer dyfodol lle mae croeso i bawb a lle mae pawb yn cael eu cynnwys.

Rydyn ni’n cefnogi unigolion, sefydliadau a phrosiectau cyfiawnder cymdeithasol i greu diwylliannau cynhwysol lle caiff amrywiaeth ei gwerthfawrogi a lle gall pobl ffynnu.

Gyda 85% o’n staff yn nodi eu bod yn niwroamrywiol neu’n anabl, rydyn ni’n credu bod gan gymorth rhwng cymheiriaid, sy’n cael ei ddarparu gan y rhai sy’n meddu ar brofiad bywyd go iawn, y potensial i wneud gwahaniaethau sy’n newid bywydau. Caiff ein cymorth ei deilwra i anghenion unigryw’r unigolyn, gan sicrhau ei fod yn wirioneddol rymusol. Rydyn ni’n arbennig o awyddus i amlygu pwysigrwydd dull gwirioneddol ddilys, rhyngadrannol at gefnogi pobl anabl.

Rydyn ni’n credu bod gwahaniaethu dysgu’n codi yn sgil amrywiaeth ddynol naturiol, yn hytrach na modelau ‘diffyg’ o ddeall anabledd. Rydyn ni’n dathlu arddulliau dysgu gwahanol, a’r cyfraniadau pwysig mae niwroamrywiaeth yn eu gwneud mewn cymdeithas.
