David yw’r Cyfarwyddwr Strategaeth a Rhaglenni, yn arwain ar Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy a Rhaglen Cymorth Busnes Cronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri Genedlaethol, Heritage Compass, gan rymuso sefydliadau’r celfyddydau a threftadaeth yn genedlaethol i wella’u llwyddiant codi arian a datblygiad eu busnes. Yn y rôl hon, mae David wedi darparu hyfforddiant a choetsio i ystod eang o sefydliadau diwylliannol a threftadaeth ar draws y DU, gan gynnwys Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums (TWAM), South West Museum Development, a Share Museums East.
Ymunodd David â Cause4 o’r Albany yn Llundain, lle roedd yn gyfrifol am gynhyrchu incwm a enillwyd ac a godwyd, datblygu partneriaethau a rheoli contractau. Yn ystod ei gyfnod, bu i’r sefydliad fwy na dyblu ei drosiant. Treuliodd flwyddyn hefyd ar secondiad i ARC yn Stockton, yn arwain ar ddatblygu busnes y lleoliad. Mae hefyd wedi gweithio i sefydliad celfyddydau awyr agored Emergency Exit Arts, ac yn rhan o dîm y Rhaglen Ddiwylliannol ym Mwrdeistref Llundain Hackney. Mae David yn Ymddiriedolwr ar Babylon Arts, yn Ely.
