Danielle Patrick

Dani has over ten years of experience working in operations roles at the AMA. As Head of Operations and Events, she leads on the AMA’s strategic business operations, which include recruitment, team development, and internal communications. Dani focusses on embedding equitable and inclusive processes and staff wellbeing into her operations work, and has been redeveloping the AMA’s recruitment processes with those things at the core of the work. Dani has a degree in English and Theatre, and is on the committee of the Bury St Edmunds Literature Festival.
