Clare Titley

Clare Titley joined Arts Council England in 2014 in the newly created post of Director of Philanthropy and South West. Clare has regional responsibilities in addition to national responsibility for Philanthropy. Clare oversees the implementation of the Arts Council England Catalyst funding programme as well as the associated training and fellowship scheme in place to support the sector. Clare has over 15 years of fundraising experience in both international development and the arts.
