As Head of Training and Development for 64MA, he designs and delivers most of their training programmes. These focus on facilitation, community co-creation, cultural democracy and project management.

He also consults with organisations, helping them engage equally and meaningfully with communities – whether it’s a huge mega-project like a City of Culture, or a one-off workshop with a library, a care home or local authority.
