Catherine Holden is an independent consultant supporting clients’ strategic needs across marketing, branding, fundraising and organisational development. She was previously Director of External Relations at National Museums Scotland, working on a series of multi-million pound capital campaigns and significantly increasing visits and income, leading four teams across marketing, media relations and audience development, internal communications, digital engagement, fundraising, and national and international programmes. Catherine previously worked in senior marketing roles at Tate, the Natural History Museum and the National Theatre.
