Andy Ryan

Andy Ryan is founder and director of creative agency Stellar Libraries CIC, the organisation responsible for creating and delivering Cityread London.  Prior to establishing Stellar in 2010, Andy spent five years at London Libraries, and four at Arts Council England. The years leading up to 2001 are a blur of travelling and jobs ranging from selling racing greyhounds to healthcare PR.  Andy lives in south east London with her husband, two daughters and extensive vinyl collection.
