Charlotte is a Marketing Manager at the Victoria and Albert Museum, helping to build the V&A’s overall brand and meet agreed visitor targets. After completing an MSc in Management and Marketing and BSc in Art History she worked as Trade Marketing Manager for Van Dal shoes before joining the V&A in 2010. Responsibilities include implementing strategies for major exhibitions, displays, galleries and events.
Career successes so far have been managing the Hollywood Costume and David Bowie is marketing campaigns – two of the Museum’s most popular exhibitions in the last 10 years. Charlotte is also the senior marketing representative for the Museum’s digital communications activity and leads the V&A’s use of social media.
